Bottled Water

Bottled water isn’t very sustainable because it usually travels long distances in heavy packaging, has a very large carbon footprint and the bottles often end up in landfill. So at Otarian we buy our water from suppliers as close as possible to our restaurants and only buy water in bottles that we can recycle. But we know this isn’t good enough so we are looking at offering Otarian’s own in-house filtered water in our own recyclable or compostable packaging.
