No MSG here, and our chefs that hadn’t used this before just couldn’t believe how superior it was to the standard off the shelf product. We were already working with the Marigold guys before we decided to use their bouillion, as they are London’s leading speciality vegetarian supplier. Once we’d used it in London we were worried we wouldn’t get it in NYC, but we did, because top chefs there love it too. Patrick Tobin who owns Marigold is based in Kings Cross, he's a top guy who is all about quality and integrity
