We’ve been concerned about what is actually in bread. Many in the baking trade talk about processing aids, improvers and all sorts of other things that we believe are not necessary and do not make for the best bread. Whilst technically we could get an endorsement from the real bread people, what we are doing is as good as it gets. Our bread will be freshly baked and delivered straight from the bakery every day, using top specification flour – that is suitable for the strictest vegans – no dodgy meat or fish by products here. In the UK we work with a bakery that aims to be the finest wholesaler producing the highest quality products. They apply traditional time honoured methods and the quality and consistency of their products are paramount.

In the US we work with a bakery that is old school, a place where the baker  likes his bread baked with passion and good ingredients, and hopefully when you try our burgers that shines through. Over 20 years ago, a top pastry chef in New York recognized the need for better quality fresh baked products. Our baker knew that finer restaurants, hotels, retail shops and executive dining rooms would welcome consistent high quality baked goods.
