Our restaurants

Almost everything in our restaurants, from the floor you walk on, to the table you eat at, and the fabric you sit on is made from recycled materials.

For example, our Zulu chairs use an ancient southern African technique to weave recycled plastic onto recycled aluminium steel frames. Even the ceiling decoration is made from recycled aluminium, and pendant lights are made from formerly broken pieces of glass. Move your mouse over the photo of our restaurant for more information.

And although these products cost a whole lot more, we love them because they are sustainable! And we get a feeling of history knowing that we’re using things that have had previous lives and stories to tell. We happen to think they look fantastic too!
