Calculation:
US commitment is 17% reduction 2005-2020, the Copenhagen Accord US emissions in 2005 = 7,182.6 (Million Metric Tons Carbon Dioxide Equivalent)
Daily emissions = 7,182.6 million tonnes / 295.8 million people = 24.3 tonnes in 2005, = 66.5kg per day, a 17% reduction = 11.3kg
2.4kg / 11.3kg = 21.2% of the Copenhagen Accord commitment met each day
